1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
2. In a separate cup, combine the milk and caramel syrup. Stir well.
3. Pour the milk mixture over the ice cubes, leaving some space at the top of the glass.
4. Brew a shot of espresso or prepare strong coffee and let it cool slightly.
5. Slowly pour the espresso or coffee over the milk, allowing it to gently blend with the milk.
6. Optional: Drizzle some additional caramel syrup on top for added sweetness.
7. Stir gently and enjoy your refreshing iced caramel macchiato!
